Regarding your concern about the base rate pay, we recognize that competitive compensation is important. After doing extensive research, we believe our pay aligns with industry standards. However, we’re always looking for ways to improve and make sure our compensation reflects the value our employees bring to the team.

Regarding training, we currently invest heavily in employee development and training; however, we do agree there is always room for improvement. Premium retail services doesn’t always have the best reputation within Wal-mart. Upper management demands KPI performance but doesn’t offer any actual solutions or reasonable time frames to improve or repair a location/territory
