      Pros

      I really enjoy working for Premium. It's truly a 'family' and friendly environment. The two CEO's - Brian and Kevin are very busy, yet they take the time to speak to the employees, ask us how we are doing, and overall take an interest in what we are doing. Managers are very flexible with our work schedules, which really helps if you have a busy lifestyle or family obligations. We are rewarded for our hard work and that means a lot. Hard work doesn't go unnoticed at Premium. I really enjoy supporting our field staff because if they are supported well, then they will do a good job in the field, which in turn, builds our business and increases our client's exposure and success.

      Cons

      I do wish there was a Tuition Reimbursement program; however, the managers are very good about getting training opportunities and funds approved if we find a class, workshop, or area of certification that we want to develop - which definitely helps!

      Make your own hours, good pay, mileage reimbursement, company phone and tablet

      Cons

      Not enough market managers for the volume of reps. Hard to get issues dealt with in a timely manner.
