Unprofessional hiring practices were evident, as the manager seemingly hired anyone without conducting a proper interview. If sales is not your preferred field, it is advisable to avoid it, as it can lead to stress, excessive pressure, long hours, and potential feelings of inadequacy if you fail to meet your goals.

No real interaction with management. I worked there for ten months, and never met anyone from the company. When I ran into a problem and contacted my manager, the standard answer was always "do the best you can!" The mileage wage comes nowhere near to covering your fuel costs.
