Flexible work schedule , work independently

Cons

Hiring ex convicts that have not been rehabilitated or have been in the system so long they are not capable of blending in with society but fly just below radar to con thier way into a lead position where they Bully and intimidate the other employees, while conning the boss into believing that he is a reliable hardworking employee that has high work ethics and integrity,while he builds himself up by bashing the co workers

In a perfect world there would be schedule flexibility.

Cons

The entire time I worked there, I was full time as there was never enough staff. Had to take over multiple territories at all times. Never got pay or benefits as a full time employee.
