The upper management is horrible, always looking for reasons to write you up. Personally had upper management lie about making over 100K in one year, and then fail to secure a single sale anytime he came out with us. Expected to walk door to door in any weather, even pouring rain and thunder storms. If customers cancel their services, the commission you made previously is taken off of your next paycheck, even though it is no fault of your own that customer cancelled.

My boss does want me to follow people around the store to ask them about their current phone and which network they have.
