Pros

Pay was decent, commission for successful sales and such.

Cons

Little to no training, environment was less than ideal to make successful sales or be taken seriously. Horrible management as well hope I never have to deal with such micromanagement again.

In regard to training, we currently invest heavily in employee development and training; however, we do agree there is always room for improvement. We will share your concerns with our training department so we can continue to grow. We have rigorous onboarding training protocols with the goal of arming new employees with the knowledge they need.
