Cons

There is absolutely no communication or training. You truly are on your own. Managers sends passive aggressive emails. Emails start out positive then go into shaming merchandisers. Instead of stating what stores or areas need help then state the stores then the merchandisers who are responsible for the store. This company is a joke

Pros

Clients, Set my own schedule

Cons

I hired to work Midland. They can't find anyone to cover the zone near my home so they keep hiring new people for Midland and kept trying to force me to cover a zone of hundreds of miles of 2 lane roads without workmans compensation for protection. I hired in non-exempt. I did not hire in to work a zone, regardless to where my home is. I hired in to work Midland. I am a senior citizen that has medicare for auto insurance medical coverage, I NEED to be covered by workmans comp when I work. The per-diem they pay is sub-standard and does not cover gas price. Without travel pay and no workmans come and them forcing me out of Midland with new hires to work an area no one wants was just too much. I was having surgery when they pulled this on me this time. It was a horrible betrayal
