Pros
For me there was little overtime needed to get the job do so work life balance was great. People were great! They have a free on-site gym for employees and their spouses at the headquarters. There are always projects work work on and people to help out. Facilities were immaculate, they really had nearly the best of everything. The owner is very invested in getting the best. Benefits after two years were on par with many other companies. There were opportunities to travel to satellite locations. They sent me to one and I had an excellent time and everyone was very welcoming. They also offer tuition reimbursement after you work there for 6 months.
Cons
Looking back there wasn't anything out of the ordinary for this type of company; project timelines weren't always realistic, high turnover, middle of the road pay for "skilled" jobs. Some areas didn't have a path for career progression.
