Pros

Quartly attendance bonuses of $100 for perfect attendance. 28 Sick days allowed per year, 18 if you take the summer leave program. Summer leave program that allows you to take the entire summer off (w/o pay) and still have a job. Quarterly drawings for $700, yearly drawing at christmas for $1000 and every 3 years a drawing for a new car!!

Cons

Work can be monotonous. Very repetitive.

Pros

The work-life balance is great as all holidays are paid time off. The paid time off however; is only for eight hours if you work ten, and without any shift differentials. Management is good and they do not micro-manage, but let you do the job you were hired to do.

Cons

The pay structure is not very good. They have cost of living adjustments, but they are based off of cost of living in Wisconsin which is much cheaper than Arizona.
