Unrewarding shift work.

Pros

Steady pay and bi-weekly pay increases. Decent benefits package for full-time. 3 day weekends.

Cons

Communication is poor or ineffective between the floor work staff and the management. Disgruntled middle management. Speed of work can vary between very slow to unreasonably fast. Expectations for performance and quality of work disproportionate to the wages paid. Little room to grow. Favoritism.

This is wonderful summer work for students in college who are looking to gain a lot of money for their school expenses.

Pros

You can choose which shift you want to work. The people there are nice and look after each other. They will give you slack when learning what to look for, but after a few weeks you are expected to hold your own, but in a good way. The work is not difficult.

Cons

You are on your feet all day looking at plastic. It can get boring fast. You do not get to move around all that much.

I enjoyed working here very much. The training was very good and pay was nice. Employees were friendly and helpful. Hours were good.

Cons

Not much room for growth.
