Full of Part-timers

Pros

Nice people and friendly place to work. I do enjoy coming to work everyday but still keep my eyes open for opportunity.

Cons

I have been working at the Flagstaff AZ facility for a few months and I have never seen a company full of so many Part-timers or "Mini's" as they like to call them. The company has enough work to have 3 shifts but need to have "Mini's" change at each shift? Meanwhile they do have some FT employees that work 4, 10hr days but very few? I can see the frustration when someone knows that they can work more but feel limited do to the companies management. Also the pays scale is off with the price of living in the Flagstaff area.
