Great physicians, staff members in my dept are excellent, paid holidays, hospital mission is one I relate to

Poor communication, HR takes a long time to do anything, merging with Resurrection has taken away some benefits and some changes that have been implemented have not been well executed, poor planning by hospitalists and inpatient nurses at times

Great staff members with interesting patients. Opportunities to learn

Always understaffed. Main concern is productivity. Nurses are not given nearly enough respect. Although, that seems to be healthcare in general.
