Pros
I worked here part time through college and I had a great experience in the department I worked in! Great supervisors who were always helpful and understanding. Even though my job was not working directly with patients I still had to attend meetings they would hold for all of the hospital staff and I actually learned a lot from these meetings. I thought this was a nice touch to make everyone feel like they were being heard and included in what was happening within the company by corporate. So nice to work for a place that seemed to take interest in all employees and their contributions to making the hospital run as a whole. It wasn't perfect but nonetheless a great company to work for!
Cons
Yearly raises...they claimed that the hospital that didn't make enough money to give everyone the standard annual raises which is not the truth. We got something, but still nowhere near what we had gotten in the past even though we had a better year than the previous year.
