Good for self starters, organized team workers. Opportunities for overtime. Tuition assistance. Not micromanaged. Family like environment. Low on drama.

Cons

Little organization. Inadequately experienced/prepared/qualified/professional/discrete middle management and human resource disconnection. Frequent changes/contradictions in policy, direction, and management. Few do the work of many providing loopholes of laziness for the unmotivated and excellent employee burn out.
