      Pros

      depending on the Epic team you are on, whether it be Cadence, HOD, Ambulatory, ASAP, it all depends on the people within the team that you work with. For the most part, analysts work pleasantly together. Remote office - work from home a few days a week is a perk.

      Cons

      Pettiness, gossip, anxiety about job shifting, not every analyst will do their work assigned to them. You are definitely siloed and lines are drawn between the teams. This is all work of management and leadership. Divide and conquer

      Pros

      None since Presence Health took over. Sandra Bruce has destroyed what was Resurrection health care. Even though we're a not-for-profit, it's obvious that their business model is for profit.

      Cons

      Poor moral. If you're over 40 you should be in fear of job likewise if you have been there over 10 years. They seem not to value experience. You also need to be in fear of speaking your mind. They encourage your opinions but then retaliate as they now view you as a non-team player. Presence doesn't appreciate employees.
