The associates are great to work with.

Cons

Seems like a re-org, downsize, merger, takeover, new leadership every few years. Consultants everywhere draining resources and instilling a toxic environment. Everyone wondering who is the next team to get let go.

The shared systems could have benefited both systems.

Cons

When merged with previous health care system, Presence centralized many of the departments of the previous health care system and many employees lost their jobs, some with longevity of service. Presence did not have realistic positions to offer most of the employees. The manner the information was relayed lacked compassion and understanding.

Would get very stressful often , would have to be at 3 different places at once
