      Pros

      If talented, ability to gauge scope, architect, lead, develop relationship and trust with clients and colleagues will grow. If not talented this can be a struggle

      Cons

      If talented, you will be worked to the bone, its all about billable time. If not talented, or a legacy, you will be moved out of grind and will leech off of the talented

      Pros

      Before going public this was a great place to work at. They kept you busy, great bunch of professionals. Although the pay is kinda low the bonus mafe up for it until they went public.

      Cons

      The executive management started to leave some of the management team who stayed started to thin out teams. Bonus structure has changed and your now being penalized for others now making milestone unreachable. Some of the good old boys need to leave.....
