Pros

Flexible schedule. Ok benefits but there is really not many pros. Trainings.

Cons

Too many to list. Ifs program is terrible. Director acts likes she cares about the employees but doesn't. back stabbing. Stupid politics. Presley Ridge does not pay comparable to others and then they ask you to donate your own money to them. Don't even think about applying. Not worth it.

Pros

Supervisors are amazing and really focused on challenging you to learn and grow. They keep things laid back, and are always there to help you if you need anything. Provide you with an iPhone and a computer. Flexible schedule (make your own).

Cons

Salary is not fair compensation for the amount of paperwork put in, and stress of the job at times.
