Pros

Some caring individuals and some internal trainings (barely and no focus on application or tracking use of learned ideas)

Cons

Low pay Unprofessional Directors Back-biting, gossiping supported rather than addressed by management No direction for supervisors but many, many unspoken expectations Expectations of supervisors' relationship with staff not role modeled in any way by supervisors managersm(i.e. managers had poor relational skills but expected wonderful relations of supervisors with their staff) Directors handle issues with supervisors staff without including supervisor, encouraging employees to ignoremthe management structure No concern for health and well being of staff sufferingmfrom serious afflictions Double standards Directors change minds contamtly without sharing with superisors and then get angry when supervisormdoesn't know Absolutely NO interest in improving clinical ability of staff Absolutely NO attempts to work with staff not meeting expectations or even let them know they require improvement Barely any and poor outcome measures which are easy to manipulate to make programs look good

Pros

Lots of clients to work with, variety of mental health issues, excellent support staff

Cons

Expect you to work more hours than you get paid for without extra compensation, management micromanages and at times harasses you, some workers are favored, limited support, cares more about money than client care, does not care about the well-being of staff
