Pros

Flexible schedule. Ok benefits but there is really not many pros. Trainings.

Cons

Too many to list. Ifs program is terrible. Director acts likes she cares about the employees but doesn't. back stabbing. Stupid politics. Presley Ridge does not pay comparable to others and then they ask you to donate your own money to them. Don't even think about applying. Not worth it.

Pros

There is the flexibility to set your own hours, they do mileage reimbursement, the positive peer support is wonderful, training opportunities

Cons

I was management, I know the inside workings and as much as their tagline supports children and families, it's all about bringing in income and financials. I understand it's a business, I do, but they often overlook treatment in lieu of receiving insurance funding. I'm sure I will get a response saying it isn't true, but I witnessed first hand, placements that shouldn't have occurred but were high value for PR therefore they did. They "correct dated" forms (back dated) even in the day and age of electronic files to get paid.
