Pros

Great pay, good environment, pleasant coworkers, mostly positive culture

Cons

Growing in the company is almost impossible. My manager worked there more than ten years before getting a manager role, and was working as a manager without the pay for most of that. As a contractor, you will have the full time position constantly dangled in front of you, but can be dropped with no warning

Favouritism and regionalism

Salary on time, flat structure

Cons

Favouritism and regionalism is there. Management in India doing too much micro management. They are just running it as a circus to make brownie points in the eyes of US leadership. No proper career growth, recently they have promoted many peoples who are in their good books even some are less experienced than the older employees who have been in the company. They say experience is just a number.
