Poor Management - Lack of Respect

Pros

Weekends off... That's about it

Cons

To start: Will not hiring a male period. Says only a staff of girls because a boy would through off their game. Avoids paying staffing employees. They get upset when you take a lunch at all. Require you to come in early and stay late (paid on salary). Yet when taking time off you have to take it out of vacation. No sick days no matter how long you've worked there. All employees gossip about eachother. It feels like you have to watch your back all the time. I was amazed how a company that says it cares, doesn't. Also, they promise raises upon certain milestones being reached and when you obtain them you're told you're not good enough yet and given another excuse or milestone to obtain. They don't pay anyone equally. They judge your pay on your last job and don't tell you a starting salary until you're hired.

Pros

I wish I could think of a Pro, but there really wasn't.

Cons

Nearly 60 hours in the office during the work week, plus a 24 hour "emergency line" you had to take home with you in case a client needed additional staffing during the night, or if an employee was going to call out of their shift the next day. Very little pay. Set up on a "bonus structure" that was impossible to achieve.
