Great environment, professional work setting.

Cons

This company, (specifically the Addison/Coppell franchise) does NOT represent the real understanding of the position, it is based on METRICS. This is a sales job, but being paid salary. (If you happen to make your "goal") This job will TRY to make you feel guilty about the obligations and the expectations if they are not met, but expect their internal employees to go above and beyond with unreachable goals, and no social life/work balance. They mainly target new grads to fufill the position, as if it is really your foot in the door, but save yourself some stress. They have a great professionally, but tell fake lies.. it all feels like a set up. They mention everyone is a "team" but expect you to exceed goals and help others. IT IS NOT ENOUGH HOURS IN THE DAY.

Pros

Good location, there aren't many temp services in the area.

Cons

They either have very little work or they are super selective with who they send. I was calling every day for work but then told to call once a week.

Pros

They were extremely friendly and promised me they had work for me. They spent a lot of time with me and others discussing career goals and said they can help and had many opportunities in my area.

Cons

Never contacted me about any work. I tried contacting them several times regarding the opportunities they said were available for me and no one called back. When I finally spoke with the manager he said the job they had in mind for me was already filled.
