They hired me with little to no experience.

Cons

They treat residences and employees like garbage. Management will use workplace bullying if you do anything wrong, it's their way or the highway. All they care about is the bottom line. Pay can be below market averages and your achievements will never be recognized. They will pressure and set extremely unrealistic expectations. There are a lot of jobs out there that are way better than Priderock.

You would be hard pressed to find anything remotely positive about working here.

Cons

Working here is basically h*ll because of the huge workloads, brutal hours, and ridiculously low pay, not to mention the overly hostile managers. Don't work for Priderock Capital Partners unless you want to suffer.

Cons

More work than what I get paid for, zero management support, no opportunities for career of financial growth. Colleagues were competitive, arrogant, and hostile. They were awful and no fun!
