Pros

There's no pros to be found! None. Zero, Zilch. Nada. Nothing! It's a waste of your time working here.

Cons

Everyone that works here is miserable because of how awful Priderock treats and pay us! If making us putting up with ridiculous workloads gets us salary that can't even cover rent, anyone would go crazy!

Pros

While the company had its struggles, the team spirit never wavered.

Cons

I was always at odds with the company's top-down, inflexible approach to management. The founder, with their controlling and autocratic style, fostered a culture of fear and intimidation, where open communication and create problem-solving were stifled. This lack of autonomy and input was deeply upsetting, as it prevented me from doing my job effectively and contributing to the company's success in a meaningful way. Their rudderless leadership and monstrous bureaucracy only compounded these issues, creating an environment where accountability was elusive and decisions were made without considering the impact on employees.

Pros

The pay was what initially attracted me to this company. But after having such a negative experience here, I just don't think it's worth it.

Cons

Priderock Capital Partners doesn't care about maintaining a healthy work life balance for its employees, making them work exhaustingly long hours, assigning them massive workloads, and giving them unreasonable demands. If you value having time for yourself outside of work, this company is definitely not for you.
