Pros

Fast paced work environment, good for getting experience in the medical field.

Cons

Very poor management and clear favoritism. Schedules are often poorly done often having you work 9 to 10 days in a row, even at part time. You are not allowed to have weekends off. You are lucky to get two consecutive days off in a week .
