The pay plan changes month to month. A huge emphasis is being placed on accessory sales, but the accessories the send you are lackluster. If you aren't selling an iphone your case selection is going to be extremely limited.

Impossible to get home office to respond to you. If I had an issue I would have to call/email numerous times and eventually get my District manager or Regional Director involved to get it resolved.
The IT department can be a challenge to deal with. I'm not sure how reliable this is, but my District Manager informed me that Prime outsources all the IT work to Pakistan.
Promotions are often decided before anyone else is made aware that an opening for that position is available.
Terrible work life balance. Conference calls on days off, I had mandatory conference calls during vacation time. Constant texts about lack of involvement on group me even on days off.
