Pros

The leadership here is great. They honestly care about YOU and want you to make as much money as possible. You get to sell the latest and greatest technology. They do not cap you on how much money you can make. I couldn't believe some of the commission I have been earning. The sky is the limit with Prime Communications!

Cons

There is no cons to this company in my opinion, they treat me very fair and they care about ME!

Pros

This company is growing very fast! If you like moving at a fast pace then this is the place to be with high earning potential! With any company that is growing then there is always room for upward advancement, which I know they always look internally for promotions before going to the outside.

Cons

The only con I would add is that if you are not goal oriented and driven then you might not like the atmosphere at the company. If you come in with your head up, and drive yourself to the next level then you are recognized for it, as well as compensated nicely for it.

Pros

We sell AT&T products in the stores, so we are backing some of the latest and greatest products out there which makes the work exciting. Fast-paced sales environment offers keeps you on your toes and caters to those with a competitive streak and a desire to help others via sales. The company has grown very aggressively in the last 3-5 years and seems to be continuing to do so. This growth means more opportunities for advancement within current markets or new. Pay plans pay very well if you understand how to maximize them. The plans change often as the business changes out of necessity...but always give you the opportunity to make solid bonuses/commissions.

Cons

The sales intensity at Prime is very high, which makes for some stressful times. However, personally, that has driven my success in the organization. Retail sales is nearly a 365-day commitment, which means if you have trouble managing your time/schedules, it is very easy to get 'burned out'. Very important to work with your supervisor on scheduling to make sure you are on the same page to manage your work-life balance while delivering results
