Pros

Co-workers are helpful and friendly. Directors are approachable and willing to help. Team mentality.

Cons

Administration mostly cares about bottom line. HCAHPS scores are priority. Pay is not competitive. Great co-workers leave due to this. Lots of defective equipment makes the job frustrating. Poor administration has had a negative effect on work place culture.

Flexible, day shift opportunities, and great co-workers.

Cons

Short staffed, low pay. They take advantage of new graduate nurses. They don't pay commensurate to other hospitals and new nurses are constantly leaving once they have 1 year of experience.
