No pros here! Horrible company and seems like nothing will ever change. Whatever good reviews this company has is ALL FAKE and written by management themselves.

Cons

The list goes on - management treats their employees like crap, you get no respect what so ever. They keep piling on work but your pay stays the same. Recently promoted female supervior is the worst from the bunch - under qualified, extremely unprofessional attention seeker who has no life at all and likes to talk down on her team mates. This company has lost so many wonderful employees because of their management skills. Only stay here until you find something better and when you do RUN AND NEVER LOOK BACK.

Having worked at a few larger companies, PrimePay differentiates itself by providing what others can't: Great people! It is the people at PrimePay who make the work environment supportive as well as collaborative. They are supportive because they want you to succeed. If you have a question or a concern, it's responded to quickly and directly. They are collaborative because they encourage ideas to be shared. They care what employees have to contribute. In 15+ years of my career, this company is the first where the front line employees are continually recognized by leadership. And the training is absolutely second to none! They are firing on all cylinders, and I am proud to work for them!

Cons

I honestly don't have a con to share. Again, having spent the majority of my career working for 40K+ employee companies where I was just a number, PrimePay does the exact opposite. I am thankful I can't find a con...

Pros

Great place for a person who is serious about wanting to succeed. If you are an individual that thrives in a fast paced environment and derives great satisfaction in a job well done, than this is the place for you. The work environment is professional and all whom I have met in the company thus far desire to move forward as a team and continue to build the best company ever.

Cons

The con that I see is for those who don't have the skill set to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial type of environment. The positions at PrimePay require a certain type of person who is tenacious and driven by an internal sense of accomplishment. Success and monetary gratification will always follow.
