      Pros

      The outside sales training is very solid. The company has great internal resources to train and provide ongoing support to the sales teams nationally. The regional sales management is very supportive and available to help in any way. I did not have industry experience but have been pleased with the manager support and tools I have.

      Cons

      I really don't have any cons about the company so far. This job is a LOT of work and not a fit for anyone expecting an easy 40 hour week. With that said, it is a lot of fun and the hard work does pay off!

      Pros

      Nothing about this company is a PRO. Worst experience EVER. If I had to decide it would be lunch time because you clock out and leave for a while.

      Cons

      EVERYTHING. Blackout period from Dec to early Feb where time off is not permitted unless you are upper management. Don't plan on spending time with loved ones around the holidays bc you can't but management will.

      Pros

      Great co-workers always willing to help when needed. Supervisors are willing to help when asked usually they are busy too. Easy parking. Not much special just s regular place to work.

      Cons

      Benefits is not good and raises are small. Understaffed and not in a rush to hire so just pile works onto other people. Really fast pace and pressure job. Always hd d dead lines to meet.
