      Pros

      The employees within this company are very kind and supportive of one another. This is a good company to gain a better understanding of the corporate world - especially for college grads.

      Cons

      Employees are under-appreciated by upper management, pay is minimal, very little flexibility regarding PTO, HR is very unapproachable and they don't utilize employee engagement surveys. Tabs are always kept on the whereabouts of employees by the front desk and the promise of growth is false.

      Pros

      Management is making an aggressive effort in growing the company by assisting the sales staff with great tools and excellent incentives to succeed. Each member of management I have dealt with, both locally and nationally, have been available to assist no matter what time it is.

      Cons

      The biggest drawback I would have to say is time off. You need to have a good balance of work and rest. However, I knew this was the case going in, so I have accepted that.

      Wonderful experience at the company thus far! Great work environment and room to grow a career here. Executives are accessible and any resources that you need to excel at this company are provided to you. Hard work and being proactive is recognized.

      Other than more vacation days, none!
