      The nightmare.

      Pros

      Well, your supervisor is never there...........always has some excuse to be somewere else.....l.there is no management around.............and corporate take a back seat to what the heck is going on out of their main office.

      Cons

      You have to work with some very screwed up personal situations, ongoing office romances that are very disruptive, but not curtailed, supposedly called management that do not act rationally. Run for the hills guys, run.

      You'll gain a new appreciation for your last job. CEO has a style mullet.

      Cons

      This is the hands down worst company I've ever worked for. It's a revolving door. HR and Execs do nothing to stop the churn. Morale is non-existent. I'm pretty sure this is Hell... no nevermind, I'm sure.

      There are some good coworkers you work with.

      Cons

      Constant change within the organization with senior sales leadership changing multiple times within about a year. Very disorganized with haphazard resources and processes. If I had to do it all over again I wish I would have joined a different organization.
