      Pros

      Nothing positive I can say about this organization. Everything from training to leadership is terrible. Very inconsistent in its sales policies. Not a diverse organization.

      Cons

      Their technology is lacking. If you need just basic payroll then they maybe ok. If your clients need complex payroll then you're in trouble. Pricing is a complete joke compared to competitors. Leadership has zero clue on how to grow markets outside of the east coast. Senior leadership is laughable. Good luck making any real money here.

      Ok for recent college grad if you can't find anything else

      Pros

      1. Most coworkers are very nice. 2. Pizza is brought in during stressful times to try to appease the employees. Basically keep them in their seats and eating while they continue to work. 3. Very good benefits

      Cons

      Upper management only cares about the bottom line. Employees are referred to as numbers. Middle mgmt. is overworked. Employees are overworked. Training is minimal except for overview training at the beginning of employment. Pay and increases (good luck) are bad

      Stay at your desk from 8-5 everyday and your job is secure.

      Cons

      Don't think about employee morale or other stuff like that.
