      Pros

      Prime for many years was a company that wanted to grow and go against the big guys and then they slowed down and settled for Mediocrity. I enjoyed working there but was frustrated because they were slow to want to progress and be the best in the industry.

      Cons

      The benefits are not that good. Their enrollment platform offered to clients needs to get better and they are slow to make changes that can make them strong in the industry.

      OK, Good People, Needs Product Development

      Pros

      Good Company with good people, open territories that expand into large demographics. Multiple target industry.

      Cons

      Non competitve pay, and the product needs development, online payroll needs to be able to API into current cities and governments.

      Great Company with Great Opportunity

      Pros

      The opportunities available for professional growth are endless. The company is on a great path in a growing and essential industry. Management truly cares about their employees and wants to provide continuous opportunities. They do everything they can to promote from within and if the current opportunity you are in does not fit will try to make other areas available if you are interested. The benefit package has improved greatly over the last 2 years.

      Cons

      With a high growth company there is a constant workload to continue to move forward. Cross departmental communication and goals is difficult as the organization grows, though they have recognized this and continue to work to break down any barriers.
