      There's a lot of great people to work with.

      Cons

      Benefits and compensation simply are not competitive compared to other options out there. Unnecessary rules and restrictions, bad morale, and nepotism are some of the major problems at this company.

      Team works well together and is supportive Department has events for team and recognizes success

      Cons

      Poor communication from top down Employees not appreciates and valued, so low engagement No investment in professional development as it is not seen as important to owner Departments are disjointed Heavy workload, minimum pay, and minimum staff. High turnover means there isn't an employee available to carry the extra load No company recognition for performance

      A lot of good people weigh out the bad

      Cons

      1. Indecisive, disorganized leadership 2. Leadership is like a boys' club 3. Employees get away with pretending to work, while taking credit for others work, and getting promotions from false accomplishments 4. Embarrassing compensation. Doesn't matter how talented you are, how long you've worked there. They seem to care more about status, who you know, how 'cool' you are, then you're actual talent. 5. They 100% pick favorites. 6. If you make a mistake, you'll be publicly humiliated about it.
