Pros

PrimePay is undergoing a lot of changes, which have been incredibly excited. Some ambiguity, but it allows you to challenge yourself more, speak up, and to be heard! Leadership really wants to know what you know and what you believe is best. They want to see you succeed.

Cons

With growth does come challenges, but in my opinion that is a good thing. It is not for everyone though.

-WFH/Remote Flexibility (With option to go to HQ whenever but not required) -Fast growing Company (Sales Department is exploding) (PrimePay is becoming a larger competitor in HCM space every year) -Great 5 week Training program (Great Trainers willing to help) -Management will help you close deals as your still learning -Winners Circle Incentive

Cons

-Pay could be higher (Both base and commission for OTE) -Month to Month Quota may not be achievable without an influx of inbound leads

-Huge growth opportunity, you do not work inside a box! Great learning opportunities to work with other departments and learn more about the products offered and expand your own skill and knowledge base! -Transparency in the company and great leaders -Great community - even being remote I have a lot of close teammates and feel valued by my team and senior leadership

Cons

Growth means a lot going on - sometimes it's hard to keep up with all the changes! Overall, the changes have been positive and the new CEO is incredible!
