      -Lots of opportunities to grow -Work/Life balance is the real deal -CEO actually listens to their employees -Remote positions available

      Cons

      Not to sound cheesy, but I don't have any cons to speak of. This is not my first career and growing pains of a booming business is in my opinion a great problem to have!

      -Influential Leaders -Work/Life Balance (Flexibility with remote work) -Company Culture -Growth Opportunities -Professional Development

      Cons

      It's a growing company, and with any growing company, comes extra hours, and less competitive pay. However, pay has significantly improved due to new leadership! But I promise, the pros outway the cons! If you love this type of environment (like myself) - Then you won't look at this as a con.

      Prime pay - Poor Company Culture

      Decent base salary for payroll sales Nice holiday party

      Cons

      Cult-like company culture. Owner in on-site and has been known to monitor via video cameras. Bait and switch on benefits - you won’t receive health benefits until you e been there for 60 days. Low morale and low energy sales environment compared to similar companies.
