I had not been on PrimePay’s Glassdoor page in a while, so I decided to see what some of the reviews were. I was surprised to see some of the negativity from former employees because I had not experienced any of the things that were mentioned. I have had nothing but a positive experience here at PrimePay. The culture is always team oriented and helpful. I feel like all of my co-workers get a long with each other and even spend time together outside of the office. I have grown in many ways as an employee since being here both professionally and personally. PrimePay focuses on its employee and will do what is necessary to help anyone. The work/life balance here is very fair and the compensation is above the industry average. PrimePay is truly a great place to work and it is only getting better!

Cons

The payroll industry has its busy seasons. Someone new to the industry might find the amount of work that needs to be done during the busy season a little overwhelming. Once you get through it, you realize it was not so bad.

The support system here is phenomenal as well as the job itself. Does it have its challenges well yes. Sales is not for everyone. It is a high activity based job that you can control your own destiny. Leadership here continues to amaze me in their commitment in growing this company. From top to bottom the best company I have worked for. If you are looking for a fast paced environment where your growth in the company is truly only limited to what you want. This place is for you.
