Pros

The outside sales training is very solid. The company has great internal resources to train and provide ongoing support to the sales teams nationally. The regional sales management is very supportive and available to help in any way. I did not have industry experience but have been pleased with the manager support and tools I have.

Cons

I really don't have any cons about the company so far. This job is a LOT of work and not a fit for anyone expecting an easy 40 hour week. With that said, it is a lot of fun and the hard work does pay off!

Pros

-It was good experience on a resume - I did gain some knowledge in the field that I would not have otherwise. -The coworkers were wonderful and helpful - we shared the same frustrations.

Cons

-Low pay for what was expected. -Often did the work of other departments, were not properly trained or compensated for the extra work load. -Senior management had no idea what our job load was - asked several employees type of e-mails with their daily tasks. -Overtime was only offered once work was heavily backed up - reactive, not proactive.

Must be a relative of company execs to move up in company hierarchy.

Pros

Training, training, training.....Not much else to say, trainers were very receptive and helpful. Information relevant to job responsibilities.

Cons

Training, training, training.....! Being a payroll company should mean payroll is run correctly, for both clients AND staff. Every other paycheck I received need to be adjusted, wrong amounts were deducted for taxes and other expenses. A word of caution to businesses when considering this company as a payroll provider.
