      Not what it seems!

      Pros

      Flexibility is really the only Pro about working with PrimePay. There is also an average salary provided.

      Cons

      The company provides a salary + commission compensation and lie to you about what you will make. The sales organizations sets goals and plans that are not realistic at all. The deals that you will get usually cancel because of the service PrimePay provides.

      My overall experience has been good working here.

      Pros

      The flexibility and the ability to utilize several resources for the day to day operations and not having to work weekends!

      Cons

      The overall training could vastly improve! The communication and the upper management could use an overhaul in some areas. Management meetings need to be cut down to 1 per week so that they have time to manage instead of being in several meetings per week and sometimes 2 or more in one day.

      PrimePay - Perfect For Starting Your Career!

      Pros

      I have been with PrimePay for three years this month. Over the three years not only have I grown as an employee by way of promotion but I have seen PrimePay grow as a company. This is the perfect company to get your career started if you are a recent graduate. Tons of room for promotion and advancement if you are a hard working employee. Training program is one of a kind. Employees are kind and very helpful.

      Cons

      Keeping communication flowing from one department to another. Although, this has greatly improved.
