      Pros

      PrimePay is a great company to work for. The management team is supportive and positive. The entire office is a great team and very helpful.

      Cons

      Corporate is in West Chester, PA so getting to know the other team members there is a little more challenging.

      Pros

      You get your own book of clients that are only yours. Most of the clients are very nice and patient

      Cons

      There is not much training so you are thrown to the lions with a book of clients that may or may not be so manageable.

      Pros

      Great company culture. Great compensation plan although salary could be a bit higher to compete with the other payroll companies. The company cares about you and wants to see everyone succeed. Great training, opportunities for growth within! It is the best company I've ever worked for.

      Cons

      401k match should be better and base salary could also be a bit better to keep up with the other major competitors in our position.
