Over the past six months, I've seen significant progress within the company, particularly in areas that matter most: improving internal processes, investing in employee development, and enhancing the customer experience. For example, the focus on streamlining operations and supporting teams with the right tools has created a noticeable difference in day-to-day efficiency. I’ve also appreciated the renewed emphasis on fostering a collaborative culture where everyone's input feels valued. The efforts to align the company’s vision with execution are paying off, and it’s rewarding to be part of a team that genuinely cares about its employees and customers.

Cons

No organization is perfect, and there’s still work to do in terms of scaling communication as we grow. That said, the leadership team is open to feedback and is actively working to address these challenges.
