Pros

Nothing about this company is a PRO. Worst experience EVER. If I had to decide it would be lunch time because you clock out and leave for a while.

Cons

EVERYTHING. Blackout period from Dec to early Feb where time off is not permitted unless you are upper management. Don't plan on spending time with loved ones around the holidays bc you can't but management will.

Pros

Remote jobs are a plus and help with flexibility.

Cons

The company is consistently overburdened with cases and has been submitting payroll days late sometimes even on the same day as clients are supposed to be paying. There is little room for advancement as there is just a constant need for people in service. Many clients are very upset a lot of the time and rightfully so. Wages are stagnant and minimal raises make it to where inflation is escalating faster than hourly rates, so each year its like you are making less and less money.

Pros

a paycheck and a handful of nice co workers.

Cons

1. My manager is a micromanager, Calls and messages off the clock. Their action shows they do not trust their employees. If they mess up, they do not take accountability for it. 2. Upper management doesn't care; all talk no action 3. No accountability; payroll doesn't help tax even if problems and solutions is handed to them on a silver platter. 4. Director lies during interview about work life balance. When I approached them about my manager they basically told me to suck it up. 5. False promises which lead to training multiple people on the same task because management kept changing who would take on the work 6. Requested to move departments because of manager and I got blocked. 7. Management lies about wages so they don't have to pay the employees that have been there for years more. (not matching to the current market value) 7. PTO and sick time are together and not separated.
