Pros

The employees are very friendly and easy to talk to. The company embraces positivity and having possibilities be endless.

Cons

I proceeded with working here thinking that I would pay a fee to be licensed as an insurance salesperson...I was wrong. Please do extensive research on this company and the position before attending a "meeting." After a few meetings, I was literally forced to grab my phone and call contacts in my cell phone and leave them a voicemail or tell them "I need a favor. I can't tell you what it is but I need your help. Please help me out by coming to a meeting with me this week." My supervisor was seriously hovering over me making me call contacts in my phone and it was VERY uncomfortable...I learned a harsh lesson that day about never allowing that to happen in any situation ever again.

Pros

Good mentor-ship and friendly staff

Cons

The company itself is similar to a pyramid scheme type of feel. You have to have friends in low places in order to have them swap life insurance policies and trust you with it. You loose alot of money before you gain anything and you're only way of making money is having people join your "Team" to make money when they do. It's a very aggressive style of earning money and if you want to suffer for the beginning of the business than that's fine but it didn't fit me well.

Not the Greatest Experience

Pros

Good trainings that aimed to build the team mindset. Good to get the insurance license materials.

Cons

A large emphasis on getting rich quick. Not transparent from the beginning. The interview was informal and I was charged for courses and material without fully understanding the extent of what I was getting in to. The 3*3 method they repeat to a newcomer doesn't tell it all- you don't get paid until you get all three of your own people to sign on. The person that gets the money is the person that is training you.
