      Good pay, adorable kiddos, sweet parents

      Cons

      The pay is not enough for the amount of hours required to work, zero flexibility, no structure, management is rude, and employees are very catty, it's a very hostile and uncomfortable working environment. They overcharge the parents for tuition, and they lie about the amount of structure and the "healthy food" they serve, when in reality neither of this is true.

      None. Very stressful job and stressful management.

      Cons

      Extremely poor pay. They ask people to take really long lunches if they are close to getting over time (3-4 hours sometimes), even if you live far from your house. They do not care about their employees.
