      Pros

      Well organized and they train you extensively on policy and they inform you via monthly meetings. I can appreciate that so that everyone is well aware of upcoming events, and everyone's on the same page.

      Cons

      They expect roo much curriculum wise from the teachers, and put too much emphasis on how things appear. Everything is cookie cutter and they don't embrace individuality.

      The children were a blessing to be around. Ltgough they were allowed o come to school with strange rashes and fevers. Management just cared about the bottom olllar not health or safety
