Pros

The employees here want to do their jobs well. Business is good. There are a lot of opportunities here for advancement for those who can help improve processes and execution.

Cons

Everybody here has to cover a lot of ground, and be willing to pitch in and do things that maybe aren't in their job description. Fast-[paced - you might like that or not like that.

Nice, clean air conditioning shop. Lots of different type of equipment and processes. Friendly workforce. Owners engaged in day to day operations. Culture based on core values. Company that promotes within.

Small company so wearing multiple hats is a normal thing

Really can't think of any

Cons

Salary, bonus, 401K taken away, but still expected to bust it for the company. Claim to have Christain values, but management will lie to your face. Literally a sinking ship. Poorly managed company.
