Pros

Family owned and built from the ground up. Ownership truly cares about each and every employee and tries its best to show this. Cheerful comradey amongst coworkers. Strong work ethic and moral values. Core values are Character, Responsibility, Continuous Improvement, and Results Oriented. Mission statement begins "We honor God in everything we do". Prince machines a wide variety of different parts so there are lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Clean, air conditioned shop floor. Friendly shop employees, office staff, and management. Professional and experienced leadership.

Cons

Many employees have a heavy workload, occasionally see signs of burn out.

Pros

Hard to get fired even if you not good. Free coffee. Company makes effort to have clean air and safe place to work - sometimes feels like they care more about lawsuit tho.

Cons

Same pay as Mcdonalds but 3 times work. Would be OK if insurance was better. Or if company spent more $ on employees less on donating to charity. Or if management knew more about manuf. Or if I make more parts and do less deburr and fill out document.
