Pros

Employees with deck privileges have reason access to guest services and venues. Crew Activities are ok but needs improving as management are reluctant to spend company crew welfare assigned funds. Air fare is paid by the company and medical care on board is free. Company partially covers baggage fees as well as medical certificate fees. Crew Morale is above average. Company provides training for employees self development. Company promotes and hires from within so there is room for career enhancement.

Cons

Some job titles require long working hours and managers sometimes intimidate crew into not recording in unto their ILO's. Distribution of work load can sometimes be unfair as some managers favor their own nationality of friends.
